Thank you for making contact with Westminster UNISON. So that we can deal with your query effectively you will need to complete a Case form, which is required by both UNISON Regional Office and our stewards to determine the time we will need to meet with you.
If you have any documents relating to your case, can you please attach these and email these to us along with your Case form. A steward will be appointed to you as soon as possible.
- Case form (completed, dated and signed)
- Letters sent to member from HR / Management / Occupational Health etc
- Policy documents such as Disciplinary Policy, Sickness Absence Policy, etc
- Any relevant emails between management and you.
- Any relevant Quality Management Documents, Policies or Procedures.
